Itinerary day by day
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Your adventure begins in the lively city of Arusha, where you can relax and get ready for the exciting days ahead.Day 2: Tarangire National Park
You’ll head to Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse wildlife, including lots of elephants. Enjoy a game drive through the park and keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, antelopes, lions, leopards, and many birds. You’ll stay overnight at Sangaiwe Tented Lodge.Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park and Karatu
Next, you’ll visit Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its flamingos and diverse wildlife. You’ll see giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, impalas, and even tree-climbing lions. After exploring the park, you’ll head to Karatu and stay at Marera Valley Lodge.Day 4: Serengeti National Park
You’ll travel to the iconic Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you’ll see the stunning views of the Ngorongoro Crater. In the Serengeti, you’ll see endless plains, rock formations, and lots of predators. Keep an eye out for wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, buffaloes, and more. You’ll stay overnight at Kati Kati Tented Camp in the Seronera Valley.Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Your whole day is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. With your guide, you’ll look for the “Big Five” and many other animals like cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. The Serengeti is famous for the world’s largest animal migration, so you might get to see this amazing sight. You’ll spend another night at Kati Kati Tented Camp.Day 6: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, you’ll go on another thrilling game drive in the Serengeti. This is your chance to spot any animals you might have missed before. After a picnic lunch, you’ll head to the Ngorongoro Crater and enjoy breathtaking views of the area. Your day ends at Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp.Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
On your last day, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including black rhinos, gazelles, lions, elephants, and more.
